Are your straps official Fitbit?
No, our straps are compatible with Fitbit fixings, but they are not sold by that brand. That is what lets us offer a wide choice of styles at an accessible price, without ever compromising on compatibility.
Which size should you choose, S or L?
The size depends on your watch family. Charge 6 and Charge 5: size S fits wrists of 130 to 170 mm, size L fits wrists of 170 to 210 mm. Versa 4, Sense 2, Versa 3, Sense and Inspire 3: size S fits wrists of 140 to 180 mm, size L fits wrists of 180 to 220 mm. Measure around your wrist just above the bone. If you fall between the two, choose size L: the buckle tightens easily.
Will this strap fit my Fitbit watch?
Each strap is designed for a specific attachment family: Charge 6 and Charge 5; Versa 4, Sense 2, Versa 3 and Sense; Inspire 3; Versa 2, Versa and Versa Lite. Check the "Compatible with" list above: a strap is only guaranteed to fit the watches of its own family.
What if the size isn't right when it arrives?
You have 30 days to return the strap to us, no reason needed. Just contact our customer service team and we'll handle your refund quickly.
