The Garmin Forerunner 245, released in 2019 and available in a Music edition, remains one of the most widely used running watches among regular runners. It uses the 20 mm Quick-Release bar, which is a standard fitting and easy to swap using its integrated slide lever. Silicone handles workouts, while Milanese mesh, stainless steel and leather take over for daily wear. Our 20 mm Quick-Release selection is fully compatible with the Forerunner 245 and 245 Music.
Note: the 20 mm Quick-Release system also fits the Forerunner 55, 165 and 645, Venu and Venu SQ, Vivoactive 3, 5 and 6, and Vivomove. A single Clipz-it band therefore works across all of these watches.
