Payment Security
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider, which is the highest level of security standard in the payment card industry.
The entire site is served via HTTPS. Data transmitted during payment is encrypted in transit.
Clipz-it never has access to your credit card number and does not store it. This data is transmitted directly to the payment provider.
Credit card payments are subject to strong customer authentication, known as 3D Secure, in accordance with the European Payment Services Directive. Depending on your bank, you may therefore be asked for confirmation via a mobile application or a code.
When is your order debited?
The debit occurs upon order validation, not upon shipment. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email.
In the event of cancellation or an accepted return, the refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned package. Details can be found in our return and refund policy.
Invoicing
An invoice is issued for each order and sent to you by email to the address provided during the order. It mentions the identity of the publisher, the address, the tax identification number, details of the items, delivery costs, and the total amount paid.
Legal invoicing information can be found in our legal notice.
If you have not received your invoice, or if you need an invoice under a different name, please write to us at hello@clipz-it.com.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer installment payments?
No. Installment payments are not offered on clipz-it.com at this time. Only the six methods listed above are available.
My payment was refused, what should I do?
A refusal almost always comes from the issuing bank, not from the website. Check that the information entered is correct, that your card has not expired, and that the online payment limit has not been reached. If 3D Secure authentication failed, try again with your phone nearby. If the refusal persists, try another accepted payment method, or contact your bank. As a last resort, write to us at hello@clipz-it.com, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
