1. Check your sensor generation

Whoop is clear on this: 4.0 straps are not interchangeable with 5.0 and MG straps. Our straps are designed for the 5.0 and MG.

2. Wrist or bicep

Whoop presents its bicep strap as an alternative to the wrist, compatible with the 5.0 and MG, useful particularly for contact sports. Whoop offers it in two sizes, S/M and L/XL.
