Products

Clipz-it offers straps and accessories compatible with Apple Watch, Garmin, and Samsung Galaxy Watch smartwatches. Clipz-it is neither affiliated with nor sponsored by these brands; the products are independent accessories whose compatibility is indicated on each product page.

Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT), and are valid at the time the order is placed. Any applicable shipping costs are clearly stated before payment.

Ordering

The order is validated upon acceptance of these terms and confirmation of payment. A confirmation email summarizes the contents of your order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Delivery

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times and shipping rates are detailed at checkout. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. Return shipping costs for convenience returns are your responsibility. Please contact customer service at hello@clipz-it.com before making any return to receive the appropriate procedure and return address.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by European consumer law. In the event of a lack of conformity, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Polish law and applicable European law. In the event of a dispute, and subject to mandatory provisions protecting European consumers, the competent courts shall be those of Poznań, Poland.
