The Rosée 20 mm strap is only compatible with Garmin watches fitted with a 20 mm QuickFit attachment. Check your exact model in the compatibility list: width alone is not enough.
Is the 20 mm QuickFit attachment on the Rosée 20 mm interchangeable with Quick Release?
No. The Rosée 20 mm strap requires both the QuickFit system and a 20 mm lug width. The Quick Release system and other widths are not interchangeable with this version.
How do I clean the Rosée 20 mm strap?
To care for Rosée 20 mm: rinse with clean water after exercise, dry with a soft cloth, and avoid solvents and direct heat.

Are your straps made by Apple, Garmin or Samsung?
No. Our straps are compatible with Apple, Garmin and Samsung watch fittings, but those brands do not sell them. This lets us offer a wide choice of styles at accessible prices.
What if the size does not fit when it arrives?
You have 14 days to return the strap, with no reason required. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange or refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 24 to 48 working hours. France: delivery in 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, with shipping free on orders from 39€. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Can the strap damage my watch mechanism?
No. Our straps use the same attachment system as the original strap (QuickFit, QuickRelease or a brand-specific connector), without forcing or altering your watch case. You can fit them without tools.
