Frequently asked questions
With which watches is the Lumen 22 mm strap compatible?
The Lumen 22 mm strap is only compatible with Garmin watches fitted with a 22 mm Quick Release attachment. Check the exact model in the compatibility list: width alone is not enough.
Is the Lumen 22 mm's 22 mm Quick Release attachment interchangeable with QuickFit?
No. The Lumen 22 mm strap requires both the Quick Release system and a 22 mm attachment width. The QuickFit system and other widths are not interchangeable with this version.
How do I clean the Lumen 22 mm strap?
To care for Lumen 22 mm: Rinse with clean water after exercise, dry with a soft cloth, avoid solvents and direct heat.
What clasp or adjustment does the Lumen 22 mm strap have?

Frequently asked questions
How do I check if this strap fits my watch?
Use the search bar at the top of the page and enter your exact watch model (e.g. Apple Watch Series 11, Garmin Fenix 8, Galaxy Watch 7). The straps shown are filtered by size and fitting for your watch.
Are your straps made by Apple, Garmin or Samsung?
No. Our straps are compatible with Apple, Garmin and Samsung watch fittings, but those brands do not sell them. This lets us offer a wide choice of styles at accessible prices.
What if the size does not fit when it arrives?
You have 14 days to return the strap, with no reason required. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange or refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 24 to 48 working hours. France: delivery in 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, with shipping free on orders from 39€. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Can the strap damage my watch mechanism?
No. Our straps use the same attachment system as the original strap (QuickFit, QuickRelease or a brand-specific connector), without forcing or altering your watch case. You can fit them without tools.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted using SSL and processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal or Stripe. Your bank details are never stored on our site.
