Are your straps official Apple / Garmin / Samsung?
No, our straps are compatible with Apple, Garmin and Samsung fittings, but are not sold by these brands. This is what allows us to offer a wide range of styles at an accessible price, without ever compromising on compatibility.
What to do if the size isn't right on arrival?
You have 14 days to return the strap to us, no reason needed. Just contact our customer service team and we'll sort out the exchange or refund quickly.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours. France: delivery in 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, free from 39€. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order ships.
Does the strap damage my watch's mechanism?
No. Our straps use the same original fixing system (QuickFit, QuickRelease, or a proprietary connector depending on the brand), without forcing or altering your watch's case. Fitting takes a few seconds, no tools needed.
