Is the Canevas strap compatible with my Garmin watch?
The Canevas strap only fits the Garmin CIRQA Smart Band, Garmin's screenless health tracker, which uses a sliding clip specific to that model. It does not fit other Garmin watches, which use the Quick-Fit or Quick Release systems, and their straps do not attach to the CIRQA. If you are unsure, write to us with the exact model of your device.
How do you change the Canevas strap on the CIRQA?
The Canevas strap is changed without tools by sliding the CIRQA's clip.
Which size of Canevas strap should I choose?
The Canevas strap comes in three lengths: S-M (standard length), L-XL (long version for wider wrists) and XXL, a strap designed to be worn high on the upper arm. Its hook-and-loop fastening adjusts to your preferred size. If you are torn between two lengths, write to us before ordering. In any case, you have 30 days to return the strap.
What material is the Canevas strap made from?
The Canevas strap is made from woven nylon. It has an adjustable hook-and-loop fastening and a soft woven structure, with a matching keeper loop.
Which colours of the Canevas strap are available?
The Canevas strap comes in nine colours: Night Black, Starlight, Mist Grey, Powder Pink, Lavender Purple, Orange, Pearl Pink, Military Green and Denim Blue. Each colour is offered in all three lengths (S-M, L-XL and XXL).
How do you care for the Canevas strap?
Hand wash in clear water. Leave to air dry, avoid the tumble dryer and prolonged sun exposure. Gently brush the hook-and-loop fastening to remove fibres.
How long does delivery of the Canevas strap take?
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery is estimated at 5 to 7 business days, and you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships. Shipping costs are shown in your basket before payment.
Can I return the Canevas strap if it does not suit me?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to request a return, with no reason required. The strap must be in resaleable condition and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the strap is faulty. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The 2-year EU legal warranty of conformity also applies.

No. Our straps are compatible with Apple, Garmin and Samsung watch fittings, but those brands do not sell them. This lets us offer a wide choice of styles at accessible prices.
