How do you care for the strap?

Hand wash it in lukewarm water with a mild soap, rinse, then leave to dry completely in the open air.

Is the Pace 22 mm compatible with my Garmin?

It's compatible only with Garmin watches using a Quick Release 22 mm attachment. It doesn't fit the QuickFit system or the 20 mm size.
