Are your straps official Apple / Garmin / Samsung products?
No, our straps are compatible with Apple, Garmin and Samsung fittings, but they aren't sold by these brands. That's what lets us offer a wide choice of styles at an accessible price, without ever compromising on compatibility.
What should you do if the size isn't right on arrival?
You have 14 days to return the strap to us, no reason required. Just contact our customer service team and we'll sort out the exchange or refund quickly.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours. France: delivery in 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, free from 39€. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order ships.
Does the strap damage my watch's mechanism?
No. Our straps use the same original fastening system (QuickFit, QuickRelease, or proprietary connector depending on the brand), without forcing or altering your watch's case. Installation takes a few seconds, no tools needed.
