These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on the clipz-it.com website. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

Products
Clipz-it offers bracelets and accessories compatible with Apple Watch, Garmin, and Samsung Galaxy Watch smartwatches. Clipz-it is neither affiliated with nor sponsored by these brands; the products are independent accessories whose compatibility is indicated on each product page.
Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), and are valid at the time of order confirmation. Any delivery costs are specified before payment.
Order
The order is validated after acceptance of these conditions and payment confirmation. A confirmation email summarizes the content of the order.
Payment
Payment is made securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Delivery
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery in mainland France takes 3 to 7 business days, starting from €4.99. Delivery is free for purchases over €39.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. The costs of a simple return for convenience are at your expense. Please contact customer service before any return, at hello@clipz-it.com, to receive the procedure and the appropriate return address.
Legal guarantee of conformity
All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by European consumer law. In case of non-conformity, the product is repaired or replaced free of charge.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Polish law and applicable European law. In case of a dispute, and subject to mandatory provisions protecting the European consumer, the competent courts are those of Poznań (Poland).
