Frequently asked questions
How do you know if this band fits your watch?
Use our search bar at the top of the page and enter the exact name of your model (e.g., Huawei Watch GT 5, Watch GT 4, Watch 4). Every band shown is filtered by the size and attachment compatible with your watch, so you are unlikely to pick the wrong one.
Are your bands official Huawei?
No, our bands are compatible with Huawei attachments, but they are not sold by that brand. That is what lets us offer a wide range of styles at affordable prices, without ever compromising compatibility.
What should you do if the size doesn't fit when it arrives?
You have 30 days to return the band, no reason needed. Simply contact our customer service team, and we will handle your refund quickly.
How long will your order take to arrive?
Orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours. United States: delivery in 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, free on orders over $47.99. Outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be charged when your order arrives. You pay them. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can the band damage your watch's mechanism?
No. Our bands use the same attachment system as the stock band (QuickFit, QuickRelease, or a brand-specific connector, depending on the model), without forcing or modifying your watch case. Fitting takes seconds, with no tools needed.
Is your payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted with SSL and processed by payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe). Your bank details are never stored on our site.
